Lean & Operational Excellence and Independent ERP Consultants

BSM are looking to recruit an energetic, ambitious Operational Excellence/Lean Manufacturing expert to support our re-engineering activities in pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturing facilities.

The role will involve a significant amount of travel within Ireland, UK, Europe and the US.

The ideal candidate will have detailed knowledge/experience of:

• Value Stream Mapping
• Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
• TPM
• Single Minute Exchange of Die (SMED)
• Line Balancing
• Continuous Flow Manufacturing
• Level Loading & Mix Levelling
• Kanban design and implementation
• Processes involved in the manufacture of active pharmaceutical ingredients (API's)
• Processes involved in the manufacture of finished pharmaceutical products
• Medical device manufacturing processes
• Statistical methodologies, e.g. Gauge R&R, Design of Experiments (DOE)
